2Do my guests need to download an app?
No! That's one of the best features. Guests scan the QR code and upload photos directly through their web browser. It works on both iPhone and Android devices without any app downloads.
3How long are the photos available?
All uploaded photos are available on our site for 1 year from your event date. You can download them anytime during that period, and once downloaded, they're yours to keep.
4Is there a limit to how many photos guests can upload?
No! Your guests can upload unlimited high-resolution photos. There are no hidden limits or charges based on the number of photos.
5Can I customize the upload page to match my wedding theme?
Yes! You can customize the colors, add your names, event date, and even upload a cover photo. The QR code design is also fully customizable to match your wedding aesthetic.
6How do I download all the photos?
You'll have access to a dashboard where you can view all uploaded photos and download them individually or in bulk. You can download them as many times as you want within the 1-year availability period.
7Can I password-protect the photo upload page?
Yes! You can optionally add password protection to ensure only your invited guests can access and upload photos.
8What if someone uploads an inappropriate photo?
You have full control through your dashboard. You can review and delete any photos you don't want to keep.
9Can I use this for events other than weddings?

3Can guests change their RSVP after submitting?
Absolutely! Guests can update their RSVP response at any time by scanning the QR code again or using their unique RSVP link. The dashboard will always show the most current response.
4What information can I collect through the RSVP form?
You can customize your RSVP form to collect any information you need - attendance confirmation, meal preferences, dietary restrictions, plus-one details, song requests, and more. The form is fully customizable to match your event needs.
5Can I set an RSVP deadline?
Yes! You can set a specific RSVP deadline, and the system will display this to your guests. You'll also be able to see who responded before and after the deadline in your dashboard.
6How do I export my RSVP list?
You can easily export your complete RSVP list from your dashboard in multiple formats (CSV, Excel) for use with caterers, venue coordinators, seating charts, or other planning tools.
7Can I send reminders to guests who haven't RSVP'd?

8Is RSVP data secure and private?
